And our properties are not "rental properties" - they're all privately owned homes and condos whose owners elect to allow guests to stay in their homes when they're not staying there themselves.

Unlike traditional property managers - guests rent directly from the owners - payment is made directly to the owner - with the owners serving as the "host". We've found that both guests and owners end up with a better experience because of the personal connection. Guests of privately owned homes tend to take better care of the property. And owners feel better about the experience because they have the opportunity to speak to the guest prior to their arrival and make sure that the guests' needs are met.

By providing detailed photographs of each room, views, features and amenities - guests get a very good understanding of where they'll be staying. We believe in "No Surprises".

Cancellations

Summit County Rentals By Owners is not responsible for the refund of rental fees for any reason. Any refund requests must be directed towards the property owner/manager and are subject to the terms of that property owner/manager.
